-Express or overnight orders need to be made before 12:00 pm noon to ensure accurate ship date and time.

-Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on the day of shipment. (Day after placing order)
Attention:
Do not schedule an installer until your equipment has arrived and is in your possession and all components and parts have been checked and accounted for. If there is an issue with any shipment being lost, missing, or damaged we will not overnight or expedite the replacement back to you. Replacement items will be shipped our standard 4-5 day Fedex Ground unless the replacement is a smaller item which we will then ship 2-3 day USPS priority. If you need the replacement expedited we can provide you with a shipping quote. Simply email or call to notify us of lost, missing, or damaged items.
-If changes need to be made to your shipping destination or billing information please call or email us the same day the order is placed.
